Scheduled Upgrade - Self-Service Customer Portal for Utility Billing

The BOPU will be upgrading its online customer self-service portal for utility billing on Tuesday, June 3. The upgraded portal will provide customers with a faster, more secure, and user-friendly way to manage and pay their utility bills. Sign-up information and instructions will be provided on Tuesday, June 3. To prepare, please have your Account Number and Customer ID ready.
