SHERARD ELECTRICAL ROOM ROOF REPLACEMENT

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for services to remove roof ballast, remove roof membrane, replace board insulation, replace roof membrane, redistribute roof ballast, and install flashing. Services include:
- Remove existing roof ballast.
- Remove existing roof membrane.
- Remove existing coping.
- Replace damaged cover board and insulation.
- Install new roof membrane, cover board, & insulation.
- Install flashing and coping.
- Install Fall Protection Anchor.
Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Public Utilities (BOPU), at the Timothy E. Wilson Administration/Engineering Building located at 2416 Snyder Ave. Cheyenne, WY Attn: David Mann, until 2:00 P.M. local time on September 3rd, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded online at www.cheyennebopu.org/Bids-and-Proposals. The date that the Bidding Documents are downloaded from the website by the Bidder will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
A voluntary pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. local time on August 19, 2024 at 1821 Happy Jack Road, Cheyenne, WY, 82009. The conference will be held in the R.L. Sherard Water Treatment Plant’s Conference Room and access to the Electrical Roof Room will be available.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
